About
Death Doula…
When I found out that death doulas existed, it struck me like lightning to the chest. I was cracked wide open.
THIS was it. THIS was not only for me, it was deep WITHIN me. I’ve never felt so called to anything in my entire life.
I studied to become a death doula through the Going with Grace End of Life Training program. After completing the program, I earned my proficiency badge through the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance (NEDA).
As an end-of-life doula I provide non-medical, holistic support to the dying and their care community. I also provide advanced planning support for those that are interested in making empowered choices for their care during and after the end-of-life.
Life Coach…
As a life coach I support women longing to break out of the box, honor and thrive in their uniqueness, and live a life they can’t wait to wake up for.
I began my coaching journey as a mom of two children under five. I was working full-time with a three-hour commute, and moved from the moment I woke up, to the second I collapsed into bed for another night of restless sleep.
I felt like a constant failure.
I felt like I was failing at work. I was failing my kids. I was failing my marriage. I was failing myself. At least I could focus on the latter three over the weekend, right?
So wrong. Utter exhaustion. Not happening friends.
On and on went my hellish ride on the hamster wheel, waiting for a day it would just be different.
One day, feeling completely out of touch with myself was no longer acceptable to me. I couldn’t get on that wheel anymore. Things had to change. I found a life coach that I really vibed well with, and made an investment in myself that has absolutely changed my life.
To say it changed my life would be a tremendous understatement.
After doing my own work, I knew that this line of service was calling me. I wanted to support as many women as I could in living a life that lights them up.
